This So-Called Dollar is given the catalog number HK-506b

The obverse text on this So-Called Dollar reads Jeremiah Atwater First President 1800 1809 and the reverse text is 1800 Middlebury Vermont 1950 American College Series, American Commemorative Society, 150th Anniversary Middlebury College. The front side of the coin shows a bust of Jeremiah Atwater facing the left side of the medal with text arching above and around his head, the date to the right side. The backside of the coin depicts circular text surrounding the text in the center of the token, a quill at the bottom, a lamp of Knowledge and ink well in the center of the dollar.
