This token typically receives the Hard Times Designation of HT-226.
The obverse text reads “No. 41 Maiden Land New-York Bailly Ward & Co. Importers” and the reverse text reads “Perfumery Engravings Stationary & Jewellery.” The obverse of the token has three lines of text surrounded by a circular row of text, and the reverse also has three lines of text surrounded by a circular row of text, and a small line under the three lines.
