This token typically receives the Hard Times Designation of HT-207.
The obverse text reads “E.I. Bragan. Hat Manufacturers. Newark N.J. and Mobile Alabama, W&B N.Y.” and the reverse text reads “Hats & Caps of Every Description, Wholesale and Retail.” The obverse of the token has text, and the reverse shows text with a small flower in the bottom, center.
