The obverse text on this So-Called Dollar reads State Capitol Salem Oregon 1859 1959 and the reverse text is Oregon 100th Anniversary Celebration, Frontier of the Future Centennial 1859 1959. The front side of the coin shows the State Capitol in the center with dates on the side and the location below.
