The front side of the coin shows an angel stands by a boat with the sun high in the sky in the distance, the city is in the background and a wreath is wrapping around the bottom of the coin. The backside of the coin depicts a river running through the center of the coin with shovels and axes in the foreground and the mountain and rising sun in the background, text fills the border.
